Prior to your initial consultation, you will be filling a pre-consultation questionnaire to complete. This gives me time to do a lot of the assessment component before we connect face-to-face.
When we connect online face-to-face, I will undertake a detailed review your medical history, biochemistry and medical or supplements. We will discuss your goals and if relevant, baseline anthropometric measures will be discussed.
I will assess your current dietary intake, eating habits, food intolerance and/or discuss your lifestyle including exercise and sleep habits.
Based on the assessment, I will work with you to develop a personalised dietary plan. You will be sent the dietary plan along with any other monitoring tools such as food diary and measurement recording sheet.
Also based on the assessment and the dietary plan, you will be sent a customized workout plan tailored to complement your nutrition goals and fit your lifestyle, ensuring optimal results.
Offline | Online Initial Consultation (40 mins):
During the initial consultation, we’ll conduct a personalized nutrition assessment to create a tailored plan for you. You’ll also receive a customized workout plan and access to our training packages to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
I will monitor your progress towards your goals using a variety of different measures and provide ongoing support, guidance and accountability to help you to progress toward your goals.
We will discuss the current plan, identify any barriers towards change, develop solutions and make modifications. Then we will set short-term goals to focus on until your next review.
Most review sessions include some structured education on topics relevant to your individual needs so that you can ultimately be an expert in your own health.
We will discuss the current training workout, identify any physical challenges, and make the necessary modifications based on your progress to ensure continued improvement.
Offline | Online Follow-up Consultation (20 mins):
Making changes to the way you eat can seem overwhelming. Follow-up sessions will provide you with the ongoing support, monitoring to help you progress toward your goals.
