I’m Judy Thameen, a registered dietitian with a Master and BS degree in nutrition from the American University of Beirut (AUB), bringing over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and families toward healthier, more balanced lives through nutrition.
Throughout my journey, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life; those striving to lose or gain weight, athletes reaching for peak performance, and individuals navigating health conditions like diabetes, liver disease, or hormonal imbalances. I also support expectant mothers and help parents build nourishing routines for their children.
